Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, we are accepting new patients.

We plan to cap enrollment at 300 to 400 patients in total. This helps to ensure quality care and easy access for everyone.

  • We accept patients with ANY insurance, but we do NOT bill any insurance. This means you may carry any insurance, which will be used for anything outside of our office such as at the lab, at the pharmacy, or for referrals to specialists. Our monthly membership fee is paid directly by the patient.

  • We charge $1500 for one year of primary care, which can be billed at $125 every month. This will cover all services rendered in the clinic. Whether you come in for a visit once a month, ten times a month, or none at all: it is the same price. No hidden fees. No copays. We offer discounted rates for additional family members and children.

  • No, we do not charge an enrollment fee to sign up with us.

(However, we may impose a re-enrollment fee for patients who have recently left our practice.)

  • Not a problem. You will still be charged the same $125 per month for primary care. We have negotiated for discounted rates on outside labs, prescription medications, and imaging studies to help keep your healthcare expenses low.

To be clear: InstaCare is NOT an insurance. We encourage all patients to obtain catastrophic health insurance to cover for unforeseen major health emergencies.

  • We ask for a credit card to be placed on file and it will be automatically charged on the 1st of every month. You may also choose to pay by cash or check.

  • There is no long term contract. You may cancel at any time.

However, we discourage patients from serially signing on for a month then quitting only to sign back on in a couple of months. We are not an urgent care and intermittent fragmented care is not ideal. Our goal is to build long meaningful relationships with our patients over time.

  • You may pay the monthly membership fee with your HSA funds starting Janurary 1st 2026. Please verify with your HSA administrator or HR department at work.

  • No, we do no accept walk-ins because we are typically not physically in the office unless someone has scheduled an appointment.

We ask all patients to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

  • Simply click on the Appointments page above, then click on the Schedule button. Please select New Patient for appointment type and schedule your first visit. If for any reason during your first visit, you do NOT enroll, there will be NO charge.
